The success of any safety related system is largely dependent on those who implement and manage it on a day to day basis. Supervisors and Managers play an integral role in managing the risk of drugs and alcohol at work.
This course is designed for supervisors or managers to understand the responsibilities of your role and and how to deal with situations involving drugs or alcohol at work.
The course will provide an understanding of the obligations of workers, supervisors & the business; managing WHS incidents; drug use suspicion; non-negative drug screens, practical tools and tips; support for workers; and where to get assistance.
