The Australian Achiever Awards was created to give small to medium businesses an unbiased and quantifiable way to be recognised for remarkable customer service commitment. They are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s own customers.
The award system focuses on eight criteria, each scored separately: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Overall Perception and Referral. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything over 80% is considered exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
On April 2, the judging process for the 2020 Australian Achiever Awards for Australia’s Employment, Training and Consultancy category was completed, with Work Options scoring a highly commended 98.62% and an outstanding 100% for both Care and Attention and Value.
The following comments provided by Work Options’ clients reflect their high level of satisfaction:
“Work Options have allowed us to do our job. They manage our injury management cases and have achieved a good result for us. We have contracted them to other businesses of ours. Diana is excellent, she does a magnificent job, and is a genius at what she does. She has provided us with solutions for long-term injury management cases for all stakeholders. Her team is also brilliant, and they have all added value to our business.”
“I work on construction sites and have been really happy using Work Options. They provide an all-round great service. They give the drug tests and also support clients who fail with counselling. Supporting these clients is above and beyond what is expected of them in their role. I have brought them into two other companies. They also do post-incident testing, and they de-brief workers and safety workers. They happily talk at any time and take the time to look after me as well as the people getting tested.”
